I'm disappointed with Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams. It won't forward calls to certain numbers, and the licensing is a mystery. You also can't be an admin of Teams alone; you have to have access to Azure and more privileges. Their support is terrible. I called them once and they couldn't tell me why I couldn't forward a call to a call center number. The support guy was totally lost when I asked about licensing. The UI is terrible. As administrator, it is easy to use and to train new user. We can centralized the management with the help of our IT. This simplifies tasks like tracking team usage, permissions and activity. Though I enjoy the option of being able to record/transcribe the video conversations, I wish there was an option for voice calls as well. I find the transcription service helpful, but I wish that recording and transcribing could be automatically set in my preferences for each voice and video call automatically.
