Great app for hosting meetings. Pleanty of apps you can use with Teams, and you can use webhooks to bring messages from Jira into Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm disappointed with Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams. It won't forward calls to certain numbers, and the licensing is a mystery. You also can't be an admin of Teams alone; you have to have access to Azure and more privileges. Their support is terrible. I called them once and they couldn't tell me why I couldn't forward a call to a call center number. The support guy was totally lost when I asked about licensing. The UI is terrible. You can't navigate away from or save a configuration; you have to finish it entirely. The UI needs to be overhauled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As administrator, it is easy to use and to train new user. We can centralized the management with the help of our IT. This simplifies tasks like tracking team usage, permissions and activity. Teams manager also let us configures policy and offers built in approval workflows for creating and naming accounts that helps prevent duplicate and improve data collection. Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams is an add on tool so it is an add on cost. Might not be for small organization due to additional cost and complex setup. The features are basically based on what plan you pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's the learning curve. It's like learning to ride a unicycle. You're going to fall off a couple of times before you get the hang of it. But once you do, you'll be cruising down the street like a pro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am loving Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams! It is really easy to use and keeps the whole work team up-to-date. Teams makes it so easy to virtually collaborate with outside partners, as well. The best part is that you can use it over and over, without time restraints like the ones on Skype. There is also a group page feature that allows members of the group to post updates, ask questions, and socially engage with the whole group. Switching to the Teams Manager interface is a very relaxed transition, due to its ease of implementation, so integrating it into your daily work schedule is a simple task. Though I enjoy the option of being able to record/transcribe the video conversations, I wish there was an option for voice calls as well. I find the transcription service helpful, but I wish that recording and transcribing could be automatically set in my preferences for each voice and video call automatically. I feel like this option would allow for more accurate notations of information disseminated on these calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Teams sends messages real time, videocalling, easy and efficient meeting capabilities. It also keeps files and data and is easy integration to other apps. It does give limit to save messages and practical use for customer supports like us. This can be used as frequent as needed. Most of all, Teams is easy to be used. I can eaisly see who is available or not prior to reaching out. Easy to use, great GIFs to send out throughout the day, and meetings allow me to stay in my own space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can we get different sounds for incoming calls? That would be fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to multitask within the application is great. I can chat, share and receive documents seamlessly with co-workers and management. I can make calls and set tasks in the calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only complaint I would have is that if you are working on a Excel document through Teams you cannot hit the save button you have to exit out of the program and it auto saves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Teams manager for microsoft teams is the ability to connect with co workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about teams is the loud ringing noise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Teams Manager allows me to group employees based on their template responses. It allows for a more fluid work space for that team's specific job function. Thus, employees no longer having a disadvantage to productivity and success due to potential differentials in skill set and knowledge base related to a different job. What I like least is the similarities in the Microsoft tools. This makes it hard to choose the exact tool needed for various job functions and can waste time and energy from trial and error of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
