Teampay has made it a lot easier for me to handle expenses that come up in my day-to-day work, particularly for marketing initiatives or travel needs. Instead of going through long approval chains or waiting on a company card, I can quickly request a card through their system. The process feels streamlined: a few simple clicks and the necessary details, and I’m on my way to getting what I need. While it doesn’t completely remove the organizational controls or approval steps, it makes them feel less burdensome. The interface is pretty intuitive, and it’s nice to have the ability to track spending in real-time. Overall, I appreciate how Teampay saves me from the typical back-and-forth with finance or procurement teams and helps me stay focused on my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only complaint I really have is when I enter text into the Slack channel it does not update the pop-up, so I need to reenter it twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love about TeamPay is its super user friendly. Requesting a one time use card is super easy and fast to do. Creating a PO is super straightforward as well. I love that I don't have to put in a ton of information just to get a PO processed. The Slack integration makes the process even more seamless. I also love how easy it is to attach a receipt via Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about TeamPay is the low approval threshold. I work in event planning so I make a lot of transactions in my role. Having to get anything over $100 approved by my manager is tedious and time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the fact that we can assign one-time use virtual cards to employee and also the ability to request cards via slack chatbot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From the user perspective, I think Teampay deliver an excellent services eg: virtual cards, cost assigments, and easy approval process. From the accounting standpoint though, as I am working as Sr. Accountant, sometimes, your bank statements do not match with transactions when it comes to transaction amounts, causing me more time to reconcile, and notify Teampay rep. So, it would be nice if you can fix the back end to make sure it wont happen again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Teampay has made it easy for me to get the cost for my work-related travel covered! It is so convenient to not have to pay out of my own pocket and wait for a reimbursement for these costs. I recommend Teampay to anyone that has to frequently make work-related purchases! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no complaints about Teampay. It has made covering work related expenses very easy and has never been frustrating to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that team pay is super easy to use, the number of features and I have not had to reach out to customer support luckily but I feel like they would be helpful if I had any issues. I was able to use team pay to get whatever lunch I wanted from my company and had 0 issues with recieveing the money to pay for my food. That experience has made me want to use Teampay more with my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have truly not had a bad experience with Team Pay so I am at a loss of what to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, Teampay does what they say they do, and they do it pretty well. They make it really easy to upload and submit receipts. Everything is easy to navigate, the process is very detailed, and the turnaround is pretty quick! The software/humans at Teampay keep you informed the whole way, and it's always nice to get the "Your Reimbursement is on the way!" email :)
Also, the addition of being able to add attendees for food/engagement/etc is awesome, and works incredibly smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest opportunity with Teampay is the inability to get assistance. I have attempted to contact them for help a few times with absolutely no response. This really hinders the user's ability to use the product, especially if things are time sensitive.
I think that they could make it easier to submit mileage, especially if you are going to the same places, there should be a way to keep locations on file, and it know where my "home" location is, so that we could click where we went, and when. Inputting both there and back, and having to constantly put in the location data feels redundant when it could be a few clicks. Submitting these mileage reports is sometimes not possible, as they take a lot of time that we often do not have as in-office employees. That process paired with the lack of customer service has dissuaded me in the past from submitting reports, resulting in the loss of potential wages. If these opportunities were improved, teampay would be 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use for our field employees. We now have all invoices approved on time. I love the fact that Teampay has eliminated the daily data entry of invoices and freed up that time to accomplish other tasks.
Jayde and Justin were fantastic with the integration. Justin has been researching so weird things we have happening with attachments and his support has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only con for me is the fact that I can only pay one invoice at a time through the website so auto sync with our ERP is turned off. Being able to batch vendor invoices either throu Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Teampay makes it super easy to get credit cards for taking care of business needs. I like having flexibility to get different types of credit cards for different uses (one time use, recuring, etc.). Approvals are fast and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one time use cards are a great idea, but often problematic for two reasons: sometimes a vendor will try to authorize the card which often closes the card since it has experienced a transaction. Sometimes a vendor splits an order up into more than one shipment or charges the shipping fees separately. This leads to more than one transaction which isn't supported by a one-time use card. It would be nice to set a maximum number of transactions per card say 2 or 3. We often default to "card on file" to solve the problem of multiple unexpected transactions, but this somewhat defeats the purpose of limited use cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Teampay for a while now, and the platform is simple and intuitive, which makes it incredibly easy to navigate, even for those who might not be tech-savvy. I appreciate how streamlined the entire process is, from submitting a request to receiving approvals—everything just works seamlessly.
I've rarely encountered any issues, and when I have, the support team has been exceptional. The chat support is responsive and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could share the POs with others beyond just those who need to approve them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to track previous transaction is crucial for tracking budget changes. Marketing and Finance have never connected better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one-time use cards are great but since you can't go above that threshold it's difficult when you don't know the exact amount of the items you need to buy. It would be better for it to be more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
