I love how easy it is for our users, how solid the integration is, how easy it is the implement, and how it tags vendors for you when integrating with NetSuite. No other tool we've looked into pushes vendor data for virtual card spend like TeamPay does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really wish Teampay didn't need to worry about the 'buffer' of funding a separately bank account for spending. Some companies in this space act as a financial institution and simply charge you at the end of the month for your spend. We would also love to see improvements to the approver dashboard that is intuitive and easy to use, as well as a view that shows all approvals and makes it easy for functional owners to follow up with approvers in bulk. Teampay has made it a lot easier for me to handle expenses that come up in my day-to-day work, particularly for marketing initiatives or travel needs. Instead of going through long approval chains or waiting on a company card, I can quickly request a card through their system. The process feels streamlined: a few simple clicks and the necessary details, and I’m on my way to getting what I need. While it doesn’t completely remove the organizational controls or approval steps, it makes them feel less burdensome. The interface is pretty intuitive, and it’s nice to have the ability to track spending in real-time.
