We've used several sales tax compliance services, but none come close to the reliability and affordability of TaxCloud. Their integrations with our software are very quick and straight forward to set up, and their service is far cheaper than other options we've tried (by several orders of magnitude in some cases). TaxCloud has been a game-changer for managing multi-state tax compliance efficiently and cost-effectively. The TaxCloud team was very pleasant to work with. Implementation went smooth with our payment processor Stripe, and WooCommerce. We chose tax cloud because while we handle our only state nexus in house, we have been worrying about keeping track of nexus in other states as we grow with our 3 entities. All sales tax products seem to be very expensive. Even with TaxCloud our owners were concerned about the price. However, through enrolling mulitple entities we did receive a better deal. The customer service team has been stellar (I've worked with Rianna, JT, and Melanie) - not only do they answer the phone or call back in a timely manner, they are also available by email, which is hugely appreciated. Making clients feel valuable, and their concerns a priority is a big deal - TaxCloud has always done this, and each team member has come across as sincerely eager to solve any issues that arise. Ease of use. Once you are set up you do not have to deal with the complicated tax laws with each individual state. Being a small business owner our time is extremely valuable since we are wearing so many hats to make our business run. We are using Tax Cloud a ton! My questions are answered without any follow-ups! It's so simple to use! I don't have to worry about the tax laws because that's what they do. It worked well with our website! The call-in orders all over the USA can be put into their site manually, and it's easy to do! This is the easiest and best way to send the correct taxes to each state! I Could go on and on about TaxCloud because it works well for our company and will work great for yours, too!
