I use TaxCloud for filing nexus for my website. I find that TaxCloud keeps track of each state's requirements and does the filings for them, which is really helpful. Pricing is much more affordable than our previous provider (Avalara), and the overage policy on their subscription tiers is significantly more "friendly."

The support team is US based and integration was straightforward with their WooCommerce plugin.

We have been with Avalara for many years and the cost continued to go up at astronomical rates and the service was mediocre at best. I shopped several other options and decided on Tax Cloud. The swap was seamless, onboarding a breeze, and customer support is unmatched. 8 months in and and happy we made the move. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The TaxCloud team was very pleasant to work with. Implementation went smooth with our payment processor Stripe, and WooCommerce. We chose tax cloud because while we handle our only state nexus in house, we have been worrying about keeping track of nexus in other states as we grow with our 3 entities. All sales tax products seem to be very expensive. Even with TaxCloud our owners were concerned about the price. However, through enrolling mulitple entities we did receive a better deal. We've used several sales tax compliance services, but none come close to the reliability and affordability of TaxCloud. Their integrations with our software are very quick and straight forward to set up, and their service is far cheaper than other options we've tried (by several orders of magnitude in some cases). TaxCloud has been a game-changer for managing multi-state tax compliance efficiently and cost-effectively.
