TalentLMS provides a solid foundation in managing employee and external registrations. I use TalentLMS everyday. The ease of navigation is self explanatory and the ease of implementation is a simple click process. The homepage is like an executive report, providing a high level overview of training, logins, completions over specified periods. When following up on learners, the option of mass emails directly from the platform is an excellent tool for quick and easy communication. The reporting can be customized according to my needs. There are so many features from course store, branches, groups and many integrations to 3rd party applications. Automatic reregistrations are useful when setting certification expiry dates, learners are auto assigned to do the course again to achieve a valid certificate. I have had no real need to contact the TalentLMS Customer Support as the system is stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many useful course store modules. I struggle to use the course store modules to add it to a bigger course made up of several modules. It would be great if we can add specific catelogue modules to make up a customized course.
I would like to create a custom training register and with one click of a button, to generate individual training registers with all training assigned to that individual. At present, I need to generate a training reister for bulk learners and then need to break each one down into seprate registers and or create a custom training register per employee, which is not ideal as I would need close to 300 custom report registers. The interesting thing about it is that it's still in development, and coming out with new features. The fact that you can have your online lessons + a variety of ways to test students and their homework is quite nice, and I look forward to seeing how that will improve in the future.
Update from 11NOV'24:
As of recent, they have added the AI features that help you write text, generate images and even entire courses.
If the topic is a general one, easily accessible to the public - it does quite a nice job. For cases where you have something that's company-specific, it can get it wrong here and there, but you can still use the overall structure of the unit, which provides a pretty good inspiration (and a good starting point) on how you want your future courses to look.
That's not something I thought I needed, but it's a good addition that helps save time, especially if you're not just importing courses from a different platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I guess one thing that I miss is the fact that I still don't see integration with google meet, since it's one of those platforms where you're not really limited to the number of participants and some users are more used to it than zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Talent LMS is perfect for delivering, managing, and tracking our company training programmes. In our company, we use the product every day, it is very easy to use and training others to use the product takes little time. The new user interface is user-friendly and easy to use. We especially like the AI integration which saves a lot of work when creating content for the courses. TalentCraft, which is the AI helper in content creation is really really nice. Not only for the content but to make your own content look nicer as it gives the hability to create a training Webpage style instead of a blank page with only a video, do next, read, do next, etc. It's more interactive. It made our move over a tad longer, although still pretty easy, during implementation, but the result after was so worth it and improved our internal training with our team by 1000%.
The team I spoke with is already really nice and they are actively working on new features.

That some features are still not moved from the legacy version to the new version, like the progress tracking and access to tests and survey, which lead to our team having to move from 1 version to another all day based on what tasks we have to accomplish on it.

The support via email can takes to long at times ot be answered and resolved. Also it needs ot be mre localised for Africa as an exapmple include some local currencies such as the South African ZAR. it helps that we can display cost in a local currency to attract more participants. The new interface is quite difficult to use sometimes since it is so different to the old one but it is an essential part of the use exoerience so we are keen to use it. Reports can also be clunky sometimes and don't generate the data you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is not only easy to use from and admin and trainer perspective, but the new user interface for the end user is fantastic. The wide variety of content types is also a plus, and the new talentcraft unit type is a game changer! It really allows us to put out modern looking training that our users enjoy! Talent LMS has been a great product overall and we highly reccomend it. One small thing that we have had to find a workaround for is when courses expire and the learners has not completed the course, it locks them out. From our perspective we would love the option to let the learner keep access, but we would be able to report that they just did not complete the course by the expiration "due date". TalentLMS is a versatile, easy to setup and use LMS. The new user interface makes it easy to navigate and manage users/courses. With features like gamification and simple, but comprehensive assessments/learning activities, it helps us to keep track of our employee's learning progress, but also that of our external learners. At times the first-line support/account managers can seem as if they don't know the product as well as you would expect, especially in terms of being able to explain its functionality. Not to say that the support isn't good, which for the most part it is.
It would be good if more development/thought were put into true learning paths, being able to define learning paths based on roles/abilities, etc would be helpful.

As a not for profit the value for money is amazing. We train all of our staff through this platform and manager in person compliance training too.

I wish the reporting would be a easier to delegate to managers. We have different sites and departments that would like to see their completion rates.
