This way it is easy to experiment with course content. We also like the progress tracking and the possibility for users to send feedback regarding specific parts of the course. **What do you dislike about TalentLMS?** TalentLMS is still a bit rough around the edges and could use some polishing here and there. The general look and feel of the platform sometimes feel a bit dated. Luckily they offer plenty of customization using for example custom javascript, which makes up for most of these shortcomings. **What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving issues with onboarding and are training people for specific skills which aren't generally available. As a non profit we are not able to afford the monthly premium plans that give access to live support but we would pay for live support for a short term period to help with set up. It has been very frustrating to not have help. Also, the tutorials available are limited. I was able to set up courses and add users to the platform in no time. I really like the course content options that can be added to the platform including video, text, web, and audio files. Also, having the option to turn on or turn off individual scoring is a nice feature to have. **What do you dislike about TalentLMS?** The UI isn't the best looking one. Adding courses is really easy, just drag and drop files. TalentLMS supports SCORM as well as standard file formats. There is a free version to test and see if it is for you. **What do you dislike about TalentLMS?** The video file size is limited to 100MB which is extremely restrictive. I had to set up a youtube channel to host my videos there and then link to talentLMS which is less than ideal. It doesn't seem to allow options as you upgrade either. TalentLMS does not offer any live chat support or call support unless you are purchasing the premium plan (500+ users). The only offering is email support, which is unhelpful for quick questions. **Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:** No live support unless you have the premium subscription (which is for organizations over 500). There is email support, which I is frustrating when you just need a quick question answered. The file size limitation is already an issue for us, 100MB is very small for a video file limit, even after compression and size reduction I often can't get under that limit. It is very easy to create a course. the admin experience is amazing. You can choose the type of content from a wide range of possibilities and in two clicks you have the content published. I love that users can send a text, a file, a video or an audio to carry out an exercise. We are using the video option to do asynchronous role-plays. The customization options for the image of the page are incredible, it looks like a website created for us! The Customer Service is fast, friendly, and effective with a high technical knowledge **What do you dislike about TalentLMS?** Sometimes it is no easy what to do while you are adding material to a course. Sometimes it is a bit confusing to access published material for editing and it is necessary to return to the main menu. I would like it to be otherwise. The customization options for certificates and notifications are a bit confusing too. A code appears that I cannot understand and I feel that it is a functionality that I am not taking full advantage of. **Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:** TalentLMS is a solution that shows that it has been improved taking into account issues that add value and are useful for both the trainer and the end customer. All of its functionalities are interesting regardless of whether you are a student, a learner or the administrator. **What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Training for my clients has improved a lot whit the App. They valorate a lot the anytime anywhere possibility for their training. Sometimes not all participants in my training programs can attend my trainings due to their very busy schedule and with TalentLMS they can learn wherever and whenever they want. As a result, you cannot assign a course to a specific team or department. You either have to manually add 20-30 (or more) people to the course or manually duplicate an org. structure in the LMS, under what's called "Groups". - There is no possibility for a line manager to monitor the learning process of subordinates. - If you operate in various countries and have Admins and Trainers in these countries, be ready to the fact that all admins and trainers will have access to all learners' information from all countries, regardless of their country belonging. **Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:** If you are a large international organization that has many admins and trainers across your operating countries, you will be facing excessive data processing issues, as all admins and trainers have access to all learners' data and learning progress. Highly inexpensive compared to other cloud-based LMS, for your company. An easily scalable framework by your company size (scalable by number of users and cost). Import tools promote the development of new courses / branches / users and batch registration for students. The time and effort needed to customize the application and get it online was a matter of hours only. **What do you dislike about TalentLMS?** I wish there was not only a loader, but a SCORM constructor. I still wish there was a way to pay for extra functionality, no matter how many seats there are. The import option to build users / courses / branches by batch is useful, but it is not possible to import all objects and components from a file. For example, the calendar for Teacher Led Training (ILT) and the student subscription to each ILT have to be registered manually. While its online testing framework is useful, some features are missing which could even boost it. **Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:** Try the Free Demo. It has turned on almost all of the features, some fantastic product training and you can play with it to really know what you like and don't like. The TalentLMS platform includes the attributes needed for an e-Learning platform. An LMS fast to get your system costs live and adequate. You don't need to find an IT-expert to run it. It can be treated and managed by just a normal person. The existence of a cloud-based LMS also significantly decreases the operational and maintenance costs. **What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was great. It offers me a way to provide training to a dispersed workforce. Although you will find several communication tools, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, our aim is to provide our students with greater added value. For this reason we started analyzing LMS tools, seeking the right tool in TalentLMS. Our classes are now entirely online, attaining lower dropout rates and growing student participation.
