To qualify for inclusion in the Customer Education category, a product must:
Allow users to create and manage interactive training experiences for customers or external partners
Provide users with analytics and reporting dashboards to measure the impacts on customer adoption and retention, as well as the ability to track learner progress
Enable users to white-label, or customize, their customer education portal
Integrate with other customer-facing tools, like CRM software, customer success software, or marketing automation software
