I love that editing in Clueso is straightforward, allowing me to even change the script if needed. I'm thrilled with how the Clueso team is constantly improving the platform and I am really excited about their latest improvements, like creating animations. The scripting feature is fantastic because it means I don't have to be perfect when recording, and I can tighten existing recordings to suit an a-synch audience using the AI voice. The animations will help make our videos appear more professionally edited, blurring the line between Clueso-created videos and those made by human editors. The AI voice is still a work in progress. There are times it says things differently each time I've regenerated a clip, and sometimes it's taken multiple regenerations to get it to not cut off a sentence or to say something in a more natural tone. I really liked how Clueso is user-friendly and makes video creation a streamlined process. We were able to create professional videos in-house thanks to its various media upload abilities and auto-generated scripts, which provided just enough structure and suggestions while allowing us to maintain fidelity in our own content. The embed link feature was amazing, and the auto-update functionality allows us to refresh our videos seamlessly when needed. Clueso is an excellent tool overall, but I noticed a few small quirks during testing. When recording a browser tab, the image sometimes breaks or doesn’t upload properly. Occasionally, the text editor scrolls up to the top of the page unexpectedly, and after a short break, customized colors reset to default.These issues are minor compared to the platform’s benefits. Clueso has completely transformed the way I create product demo and new launch video guides. What once took me an entire day of recording, editing, and formatting now takes just minutes. Clueso's support is second to none. There are multiple assets - seemingly online all the time - who are available to explain new features, answer quesitons, and recommend best practices. Additionally, the barrier to entry with this software is low. We've had users who have never touched instructional design churn out professional, useful content with a very short ramp to success.
