What do you like best about Swapcard?

Swapcard offers the most comprehensive, and high quality, platform for all your virtual, hybrid and in person events.

With an easy to use desktop app for virtual attendees and a mobile app for in person attendees Swapcard delivers event content, AI powered networking and matchmaking, meetings management, audience response, registration as well as an unrivalled sponsor and exhibitor experience.

The AI powered networking and matchmaking is a particular highlight with the platform promoting relevant attendees based on their profile and engagement with the platfrom.

The platform also offers 'roundtables' to enable breakout groups or for speakers to answer attendees questions live. The exhibitor centre and virtual booths are excellent providing sponsors and exhibitors with great visibility, marketing and lead generation opportunities.

Swapcard provides it's own attendee registration platform or you can integrate with a large number of other providers. It's possible to extend the platform to 3rd party sites using the 'webview' option and there's granualar control over what attendees can do, and see, on the platform using grouping. The platfform has built in email and notification management to support great communication with attendees.

The platform is great for all types of events from 10 people to many 1000s. We've not experienced any issues with Swapcard and it's always delivered a great result for our events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swapcard?

For in person or hybrid events it would be good to have the results of audience questions or comments to be formatted and presented in a main screen view so the feedback can be reviewed by speakers on the main screen. I'm sure this will be addressed in the future, the Swapcard dev and support team are excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Swapcard?

The event app can be customized and has a great look for user experience

The support from our main point of contact -- her response time was quick and she was helped troubleshoot and use other features to enhance the attendee experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swapcard?

Technical difficulties -- during the event the agenda was incorrect for attendees even though we had made updates in the studio. Our team spent quite a bit of time talking with chat support and the only solution they could provide was for attendees to delete and reinstall the app which was frustrating for our clients.

Unable to have custom features like "add on" where attendees can purchase ticket to additional events that happen in the evenings after the main sessions

What do you like best about Swapcard?

The platform is easy to brand with a great integrated meeting functionality and networking tools. The team are always readily available to answer questions and it's easy for delegates to use. What do you dislike about Swapcard?

The platforms branding options and layouts are very simple which don't offer the opportunity to setup a site that feels unique to each client. It could also use a functionality to create content libraries as a stand alone space, separate from uploading documents to agenda items, or exhibitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Swapcard?

Being able to collect leads, make a profile and book meetings is the most important thing at physical events. Events that use swapcard make that process easier and allow you to be more focused on the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swapcard?

The largest issue is that is does not sync with external calendars, sure you can export your meetings but many people book using external calendar tools and you have to play the dance of making sure your availability is updated on both your main calendar and swapcard. What do you like best about Swapcard?

User interface is clean and simple for all experience of users

Fully customisable and flexible to suit our specific scenarios

Exhibitor/sponsor friendly, allowing them to build profiles with little to no input from us

Account managers are great at not just support but will actually take some time to know you event and recommend features/ideas Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swapcard?

Coming from the UK pharmaceutical market, we have to make the platform have blocks and restrictions for certain ticket types, scenarios and delegate types. This can get quite complex to implement if you're not used to creating these sorts of things.
