I liked that it updated in real timr so when sessions were over you did not have to continually scroll through to find more sessions, but that you could toggle the past sessions back for reference after it was over for reference. I did not have any problems with the app crashing or needing to be refreshed. **What do you dislike about Swapcard?** Some sessions were missing key details, like vital directions. I assumed the conference center would provide that information, but for example, when I was trying to find a session in Terrace 4, I ended up having to ask three people (who weren’t easy to find, and two of them had no idea) where it was because the app didn’t have an embedded map. If it isn’t possible to include a map, the app could at least add clearer location notes, such as stating that Terrace 4 is on the top floor of the convention center. **What problems is Swapcard solving and how is that benefiting you?** The engagement from participants has been great.
