For the business matching features, if we can set up the expiration date for each meeting, it will be much more effective. If the delegate does not respond to the meeting requested by the other side, the session will still be taken till the last minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The widgets for displaying content on another website. While this feature doesn't impact the app's use, it provides a way to keep your event's look, feel, and content cohesive across platforms. We attempted to use another system's embed option and quickly pivoted to Swapcard to deliver this functionality - even when we didn't utilize the app for the overall event. Users can navigate public content quickly; we can build the experience by tailoring it to the event activities and schedule. In our case, we have a massive and complex program, and we can map it to swapcard in a way its easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The onboarding experience for users could be better; having single sign-on with google auth improves it, but you need to build it outside and hook it up via saml. Also, the back office gets a bit slow, and you need a lot of clicks to edit sessions when the number goes over 100. Swapcard's team is excellent! We had Robert as our sales rep and Deborah as our lead and they were easy to work with! We have used them for 2 years and will continue to use them for our events. The swapcard product is user friendly as our attendees and exhibitors were able to navigate easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They use a 3rd party for gamification and we had issues with the set-up and functionality. Ultimately we made it work, however we do not plan to use this feature in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am starting the use of Swapcard as an organizer and when triggering the support to answer some questions was promptly attended by the support team with speed and dedication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Each time I asked a question (in the same tícket) a new consultant performed my service which resulted in having to explain several times my problem and have several interpretations on the same subject. My suggestion is that the same attendant is responsible for the answers of the same tícket because it is almost impossible in just one email to receive the resolution of a problem. Another important item is that I am Brazilian and did not have any material / tutorial or attendant in Portuguese (Brazil) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The client service is very good. They are following up closely and are very friendly. You always have the same contact points which is great.
The back end is very intuitive and it's quick and easy to create new platforms for different events.
Also, from a participant's point of view, it is very user-friendly.
