What do you like best about Surefire Local?

The customer support staff is knowledgeable and prompt in their responses. Excellent content writing for our social media platforms, the website is easy to use and even a marketing novice can understand and utilize the information gathered for better marketing planning. What do you dislike about Surefire Local?

there have been quite a few issues being able to utilize Geo Juice and uploading pictures from the field tablets, and I don't like that I can't integrate our customer database for customer reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Surefire Local solving and how is that benefiting you?

I no longer have to worry about creating Facebook posts as that is part of what Surefire Local offers, it is a huge time saver for me. The benefits are many, but one of the best is having the leads all listed in one spot, and the other huge benefit is that all the analytics information is already broken down for you. What do you like best about Surefire Local?

We started our business in Feb 2023 and decided to go with a local SEO company. We were promised the moon up front and blindly paid. Months went by and literally nothing; we were paying upwards of $800 (budget) on a Google LSA campaign and were receiving 1-2 leads a week. We had multiple meetings with them and every time they would say something to the effect of "well we would like to TRY THIS." We were essentially funding their failed experiments.

We had used Surefire a few years ago with a different company and had mixed results.We initalliy decided to give them a try due to a lack of options within our budget. Others were trying to sell us on a $3,000-$5,000 plan which excluded any ad-spend....hard pass at this stage lol!

Incomes Gabriel the account rep! Dude is a straight up rockstar! Within 4-6 weeks and we've received roughly 35 leads (blend of wesite traffic and google lsa campaign). In the previous year we may have received 1 website lead. Gabriel completely gets our company and has tailored a plan that has had nothing but stellar results. We have scheduled phonecalls every few weeks and they've always been prductive and a good start to the weekend.I can't tell who's more excited by the end of the call, me or him lol!

December of 2023 we were questuioning the feasibility of staying open long term....within 90 days and we've bought a new service van, hired a project manager, and actively seeking out an office assistant because we are absolutely swamped! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surefire Local?

The online platofrm is a bit overwhelming. We've only just scratched the surface of what this platform can do and have seen drastic results! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Surefire Local?

What I liked most about Surefire Local was the human factor. These people care about us, the customers, and will work with you to see any problem through. I had a problem with my business and had to close our doors, Surefire local did not pressure me but instead worked with me to solve my issue. I can't say enough about my experience. The most helpfull thing is my account manager Marc, he really goes above and beyond to keep on top of me and help me explain to really make this meaningfull. Simply the best. What do you like best about Surefire Local?

The platform is great. It's a one-stop-shop for everything you need--data analytics, new leads, posting to multiple social media outlets, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surefire Local?

The e-mail marketing tab within the platform could use some re-vamping because it could easily compete with Constant Contact if the right changes were made. I recently had some difficulty uploading a list of contacts as a .csv file because it wouldn't ever load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Surefire Local solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are figuring out which marketing tactics are proving successful and further exploring the tactics that aren't working as well. We are also able to track our new leads more efficiently and the best thing about this is the capability to listen to recordings of phone calls and such. We are also able to monitor our reputation, respond to reviews, etc., which is a great way to further engage with our customers. Surefire also helps with content creation and blog posts, including scheduling them a month in advance so that we can do our own personalized posts and gear it towards the days that Surefire's posts are not scheduled. What do you like best about Surefire Local?

I've been working with Surefire for nearly six months now. Sean and his team have been fantastic and have been giving me great advice as to how I can grow my online presence and my business. A worthwhile investment! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surefire Local?

The cost can be high but this is offset but the services you receive. Also, it can take time for an ROI on your investment. But this has nothing to do with Surefire but is the nature of the business. The ease of managing and posting weekly social media posts created by out franchise system. Surefire has a way of automating this process so we don't have to manually post every day, this allows me to focus on my business and let the social media posting be done automatically.
