What do you like best about SuprSend?

I remember how engineers were coding for days just to get the notifications ready with templates and testing. It was a difficult and time consuming process. What do you like best about SuprSend?

What do you like best about SuprSend?

The agility and flexibility it provides is too good. We easily configured all our notification channels and set up an App Inbox in our app and website. We have a lot of notifications across multiple channels. We had built our own notification engine, and it was demanding a lot of features constantly. So we decided to build our notification engine on SuprSend. Creating notifications now and experimenting with them is very quick now, and it has freed up a lot of our dev's time. Another thing is the platform's ability to handle channel routing and vendor fallbacks. We have had instances in the past where our notifications failed and we were left scrambling to get it back up and running. With SuprSend, we no longer have to worry about such instances. What do you like best about SuprSend?

SuprSend has been a game-changer for us. What do you like best about SuprSend?

Being a scaling brand, we had a requirement to send notifications across cross-users. SuprSend made it super easy to control these cross-user notifications from a single trigger just by one API integration. The user interface was straightforward and made it simple to turn notifications on and off, switch vendors and test out new features. What do you like best about SuprSend?

I've been using SuprSend for about 9 months now, and I must say, it's been a game-changer for our communication processes. It's incredibly efficient and seamless, making our job so much easier. One of the things that impressed me the most was the ability to switch vendors without any hassle. This saved us a lot of time and resources, which we could use to focus on other important tasks. What do you like best about SuprSend?

This is exactly what kind of product as a designer/product manager I was looking for in the market. I can compose my own notifications and emails and send them to my users without intervention from Developer. We have also set up seamless process for setting up transaction notifications on Suprsend. The platform is easy to use, and makes it simple to start and stop notifications on all channels from one place. All the basic needs and complex nuances of notifications are solved out of the box, including batching, user preferences, backup vendors, and a reliable infrastructure. Sending one time campaigns was bit of a bummer some time back, as logic was still a part of the code. I shared with the team, and they quickly built a feature that lets you control the logic layer too. So it is a complete notification stack for our product now. What do you like best about SuprSend?

We originally had email notifications, but there was a constant customer request to add new channels. We decided to go for slack and app inbox notification channel, which got added in just 1 day. We created workflows, segmented users on queries, their template engine was robust, integrated our providers using the API key, and ran messages in sync with other channel. Adding new channels in our initial notification module was sort of not our focus, as our product was scaling and needed our efforts there. Hence we were looking for a plug-and-play tool, which could basically do these tasks with a fallback mechanism in place.
