Supademo is a very easy to use software that integrates seamlessly with the browser. It gives good baseline suggestions for what to put in your demo but also allows the user to customize a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The placement of certain features is a bit weird, like it's difficult to find the settings for where to make a hotspot show automatically. Also, sometimes the AI writing is a bit weird, so maybe if it's confused it would be better to not include any text on the slide at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am the COO and Co-Founder of a SaaS startup and have product responsibilities as well as customer service/success. I use Supademo daily, at least, to build product tutorials, FAQs, and our entire Intercom help desk. I have demos embedded in macros in Intercom so our outsourced team can share them more easily.

-I wish I could make the text boxes more transparent. Not just the hotspot, but the actual text box.

Its flow for creating product demos is really cool. It gives the options for making it an interactive video which can be used for training users of the product or sales teams as well as making it a simple non-interactive video with voice over options from the same workflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Supademo is great. I love the professional look of my SOP's. This has been very helpful in helping me onboard my clients saving me massive amount of time creating videos and still having to respond with questions. As a step by step tool it is great that the interactive demos keep my team and clients engaged as they flow through a process. I also had experienced an issue and was imediately contacted. We got on a zoom and instantly was met with a smile and helpful service. They system is easy to use and simple to navigate it took me no time understand how to use the software. One downside about Supademo is the AI voiceover, more specifically the accents of the voices. I need the voices to talk in Spanish and they sound a bit weird Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite thing about Supademo is that they have a easy setup by integrating with a chrome extension and picking a screen you want to create your demo for. I use this all the time for demos for customers or even interactive embeds on our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that stands out is the screen orientation size if you are doing a long demo with multiple different pages its hard to go back and add a new recording if the screen size is not the same. It is very easy to create training videos. The extension makes it quick to access and start recording. it breaks videos down into steps - you are also able to download the steps if you need to create a manual for your workplace. The AI integration is seamless, with a selection of voices you are able to use, as well as the ability to use AI to enhance your writing.
