I really appreciate the versatility Supademo offers when it comes to different input methods. It means we can capture the full breadth of our software’s capabilities without ever feeling limited by the tool. I find Supademo incredibly easy to use, and that’s its biggest selling point for our team. The browser extension is a real lifesaver: I can simply toggle it on and start recording my workflow right away, without any complicated setup. Since there’s no heavy software to download or install, our time-to-value was almost immediate. The main area that needs improvement is the AI-generated captions. It’s a strong idea in theory, but in practice I’ve found the accuracy still isn’t quite where it needs to be. **What do you dislike about Supademo?**

I spend a lot of time in this solution so I have picked up on little annoying things: 
1. I wish you were able to see the cursor when recording videos with Supademo. The inability to see the cursor on the screen can make it harder to follow. 
2. Randomly, a voice over on a step will no longer play the first 4- words. As I work through edits and previewing, I'll notice that random steps will all of a sudden loose the first few words of the script. It's still typed in there but for some reason, they are not spoken. I then have to go back into it and make adjustments so that it regenerates. 
3. When the recent updates were made to the video recordings, it removed the ability for the voice over to continue playing after the video is finished. Previously, the voice over ending would be the trigger to auto-play the next step but now it's the end of the video which forced me to shorten many of the scripts that I had created. 
4. It would be nice to be able to add a zoom within a video, not just for the entire recording.

I have been using Supademo for the past two months in my company and below are all the things we liked best about it:

1- Ease of use: The UI/UX and navigation on the platform is really easy and not misleading at all.
2- High Performance: It's really fast in creating, reviewing and preparing the download links.
3- AI text Generation: We write a minimal prompt and it generate the required text perfectly
4- Pricing: You have unlimited video generation for $50, that's truly astonishing.
5- Integrations and Download methods.
6- Customer Support: I had a problem with my account and they supported me quickly and even offered a compensation.

Everything is great, just one thing which is Supademo lacks the ability to add embedded Arabic Subtitles in the videos.

Recording HTML Guided Demos has been a game changer, especially with all the editing options it gives us to redact, blur, or remove sensitive data. I also really appreciate the option to keep dates in our demos automatically up to date, which helps our content stay looking fresh with minimal effort. On top of that, being able to easily embed Supademos into our training materials has made what we create more engaging and interactive.

I really like the voice-over feature. I think it goes a little beyond just the clickable demo. When you can set it to autoplay and have the voice over differ slightly from the text on screen that's in the hot spots, it really refines the message, which I think is a nice feature. I appreciate the flexibility it allows for the end user's experience. They can choose to read and click through at their own pace or just sit back and watch it like a video. It's convenient because the end consumer of the Supademo content can enjoy it how they like. Also, the initial setup was very easy with some light branding capabilities, so there wasn't a huge onboarding period.

**What do you dislike about Supademo?**

I'd love it if they added some more capabilities for the video content. Right now, sometimes when you're actually doing the recording itself, it can be cumbersome. You know, if you're doing multiple clicks in an area, it'll switch like, a video rather than a screenshot recording. Or when you just record as a video, there's not as much capability to clip that up and do hot spots. I'd love to be able to use it for more video type capabilities and still use the hotspot and voice over feature on videos, not just the screens.

I like how straightforward it is to share tutorial videos and click-through guides with my customers.

I think the AI voices in Supademo are brilliant and really well paced. I'm glad that you can change them to suit what you need. The text and the editing style are great and quite fluid, allowing people to see the platform for what it actually is. I also find it really easy to do a step-by-step guide with Supademo rather than pointing in a different direction, and it makes it easy to show people just how the platform works. Setting up Supademo was really, really easy, and I was easily able to invite others to create and view demos. It enables people to stay on the platform and actually get real-time how-to demos instead of having to leave and forget what they're doing. Also, the ability to create desktop and mobile versions of demos, showing cursors and a finger dot to indicate where people are clicking, has been really helpful. This allows us to use our demos directly on our platform, preventing the need to click away.

**What do you dislike about Supademo?**

The editing style is definitely slower than I'm used to. Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy and adds hotspot text in between other hotspots that I haven't added, and it's quite hard to remove those. Also, sometimes certain words aren't said correctly by the AI voiceovers. Plus, I have to use certain texts and punctuation marks to make sure the text is said in a specific way.

I wish that when you're using the AI feature, it always says things like, 'first, do this. Next up, do this. Then do this.' I wish there was a way to have a setting to give it the preferences of how we want it to be so that, for example, instead of it saying, 'first, do this,' it should just say 'click this.' I think my team is still learning how to use it, and we need to play around a bit more.

Really easy onboarding and straightforward and intuitive UX. The pricing is absolutely competitive with other players in the market. It's really easy to sign up and there are really useful resources to get to grips with it. I'm impressed by the AI features they launched, like the audit tool which helps understand how the demo will perform and whether it follows best practices. The AI text and voice service is fantastic, helping draft the demo in half the time it would take manually. Plus, the initial setup was really easy and straightforward, taking probably about five minutes.

**What do you dislike about Supademo?**

Would like to see more functionality around video, gifs etc. Plus, some AI to automatically insert Zoom and Pan. The other thing I'd like to see improved is the ability to add a blur to each screen on the Supademo rather than having to do it manually for each.

I have several friends in Product, and I think the ability to quickly create a demo without spending your day recording and editing can let them get to thinking very quickly. Furthermore, it can allow them to express their UI/UX/aesthetic ideas without having to resort to getting developer help or using vibe-coding tools, which frees up company resources. It lets Product focused people focus on Product, rather than the tasks that can detract you from your thinking.

Further, it lets them create interactive and sectionable tutorials rather than just a video.

It is clever to include AI tools to provide ideas/feedback.

**What do you dislike about Supademo?**

Like any AI tool, it can create a risk of switching your brain off and relying on it too much. It would be helpful to add an option to disable certain AI features or suggestions, so I can control how much assistance I’m getting.

**What problems is Supademo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time — if I can streamline tutorials and help users understand how the tool works more quickly, without having to think about to create slides, or build demos, then I can focus on the product itself. I will note that the suggestions it provides will help me understand whether the information I am sharing on how to use the product is sufficient.

It’s been a huge benefit for our organization, especially since we’re constantly launching new features and need to keep our materials up to date. Having the extension tied to my browser is extremely helpful for quick access.

The biggest downside is that we can only use it on our browser. It would be great to be able to use it with other programs and software that we use and integrate with. Sometimes, there are gaps in our training materials since Supademo cannot grab screenshots from there.
