What do you like best about Steer Health?

What I appreciate is that they are responsive to the customer and take much of the work of managing a website away. When I have changes they have been able to get them done same day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Steer Health?

Steer Health is our digital healthcare partner that helped our hospitals. Steer Health services have helped us in website management, digital marketing, and social media platform support. It also has specific software programs like having an online Emergency Room reservation system. Their system is very user friendly and has great team for support. They also handle most of our social media postings and blogs, which have improved greatly over the past couple of years. Steer is our digital healthcare partner, and they have helped our processes in many areas, including pre and post discharge processes, engaging patients with personalized communications, website enhancements and support, reputation management, digital marketing, and growing volume and revenue through innovative programs like an online ER reservation system. I think with any new program, the integration process with the EMR or PM system is the most difficult part but SteerHealth made it easier to handle. I recall having to send bi-weekly reports so review links could be sent out but once it was integrated there was no need for me to be involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team has been on spot in regards to our department needs. Created workflows for contracting and designed the webpage which makes navigation easier and self explanatory for our members.
