What do you like best about Statusbrew?

I love that I can just go to create a post, and select which accounts I want it to go towards, and it works. It was quick to implement as we just had to connect the various accounts. I use statusbrew to manage social media for a furniture design platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Statusbrew to track long-term engagement trends across multiple platforms. Instead of just looking at weekly or monthly data, I can compare performance over several months using content labels to see how our content strategy is evolving. What do you like best about Statusbrew?

Setting up accounts in Statusbrew was a non-hectic experience. The options for organizing profiles and user groups come in handy when sharing access and assigning conversations to the team. What do you like best about Statusbrew?

Their inbox is packed with multiple options, like Macros,which helped us deliver saved responses and close conversations. it was also easy for us to clear our inbox. additionally, auto moderation filtered out all comments containing self promotion links and unwated spam. our support process is well organised, with each type of conversation having its own separate view based on our internal criteria . What do you like best about Statusbrew?

statusbrew makes it easy to keep everything organized with calenders. i can plan posts for different platforms, assign tasks to my team, and track approvals all in one place. The drag and drop calendar lets me quickly adjust schedules, and the ability to filter by content labels, platform, or post status helps me stay on top of everything. I also like that I can set up automation rules to filter out spam or assign messages to the right team members. What do you like best about Statusbrew?

I like how Statusbrew brings all customer messages from different platforms into one place. Since I started using automations in the inbox, no conversation gets missed and assigned to relevant teams automatically. I can label messages according to the flow of the conversation, which helps prioritize urgent ones. This has made managing engagements much faster and less stressful. Statusbrew lets me tweak posts for different platforms without creating multiple versions from scratch. I can format captions and crop images differently for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram while scheduling everything in one go. I can see a preview of how they will look like on different platforms. What do you like best about Statusbrew?

Statusbrew solved my biggest concern about losing historical data when switching tools and helped me retain insights for one year for all the social profiles of clients that were mostly active. Their report templates helped me save time, make better decisions, and share reports with stakeholders with just one click.
