What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I like the calendar feature and synced inboxes and social listening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

It's hard to collaborate with teammates on copy for a social post.

The comment boxes have a 500 character limit, so if someone wanted to copy and paste a lot of social text for a second draft it's not really possible.

It's hard to see tracked changes of content. The "Needs Approval" section could take this into account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling everything out in advance.

There is a lot to absorb regarding everything Sprout Social has to offer and it's taking a bit to get through understanding everything we can do. Unlimited options is great, but a lot to take in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organization and having data from competitors and our own statistics in one place is very beneficial. Their analytics are much more in depth than what you receive from Meta Business Suite.

We are just getting the listening tool up and running, but I think from a compliance and reputational risk standpoint, this is great tracking to have in place.
