What do you like best about Sprout Social?

There are a lot of features we did not have with Buffer before upgrading to Sprout. The Smart Inbox has organized our team and response time to inquiries. We have over 100 Google Business listings, once that happens, Google no longer sends you an email when you recieve a review, but Sprout will. Dynamic reporting functionality, including competitor reports. Automations to allow us to get deal with spam automatically. We have a customer support manager to help us when we are having issues, and help us reach our vision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Limited tagging opportunities when responding to some messages in the Smart Inbox, you have to leave the platform to do so. Hard to dial in the Social Listening tool without pulling in irrelvant data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

As previously mentioned, we have over 100 locations and Google no longer sends email notifications when you get a new review, but Sprout will.
