My favorite part is scheduling the posts ahead of time. We use LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X primarily; and I love that I can schedule posts to all these platforms from Sprout. Especially if I'm going to be away for a period of time, to still be able to have posts going out in my absence is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that I can't tag from within the platform when I'm creating posts. Like on an actual platform, you type "@someone's name, or @company name" and you can tag them. You can't do this within Sprout though, this is a big issue they need to resolve. I often times need to tag companies in my LinkedIn posts, so I won't be able to schedule them in Sprout. I have to physically log in and make the post live from LinkedIn to be able to tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sprout is best in class based on its ease of use and analytic tools. It is a wonderful platform for easily planning and executing your social media strategy.The analytic tools are especially helpful when determining the content that is driving the greatest performance, who is engaging with your content, and how best to keep them engaged. Sprout Social is so easy to use, organizes all of our posts, and allows us to be strategic and visual when planning. It was so easy to get started! I love the amazing features like listening, reports/dashboards, and posting times. We've been seeing a big increase in engagement! Anytime we've needed to speak with Customer Support they've been incredibly helpful. We use this tool daily, and it is a HUGE time saver and a lifesaver for our Social Plans. There can be a lot to learn about Sprout Social when first starting out, it helps to contact your Sprout Social Support team and it can be an added bonus to have team members who have already used the platform before.
