The Sprout platform is very effective for customer support management through social media. Being able to view all comments and private messages in one place, prioritizing the ones that came in first, makes the process more operationally efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some aspects of this integration that fall short. Frequently, comments appear with a delay, which negatively impacts our ability to meet response time goals. Additionally, the reporting section is not intuitive and lacks customization options; the information is spread across several tabs, and we constantly need to copy the data into a spreadsheet to create our own reports. You integrations with Facebook tend to have a lot of problems and issues causing our team to not be able to respond as efficiently as we would like all of the time. Not pulling in comments from Tiktok on our ads is also a bit frustrating that we have to go out of the platform to do this.

The only platform I've used for social media management that truly allows me to do almost all of my scheduling and engagement in one place. I especially like the ability to tag pages on Facebook and LinkedIn, so that I can actually schedule posts in Sprout vs. having to do posts with tags separately in their own platforms. Easy to schedule posts to multiple platforms. Easy to find ideal posting times. The smart inbox is easy to use. I also like the reporting section and the Instagram Grid Planner. I wish there were a few more features like AI responses for the smart inbox and a way to save frequently used hashtags. Also, I sometimes get errors when responding in the smart inbox and am not able to reply to comments. I wish that would be fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sprout not only looks great, but is simple to use whilst providing advanced analytical information & a reliable publishing process. As someone who has tried many other platforms as a social media manager, honestly nothing compares! The customer service is also great, with the account manager being super helpful and knowledable, and the customer service querey team also being speedy and responsive. There is little that I don't like about Sprout, with only really minor features e.g. not being able to change captions when posting the same thing across different platforms being things I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sprout offers our agency a number of great benefits, but what I appreciate most in my role is the ability to update and utilizie the workflows. We often have clients and team members with different needs so being able to alter these by clients has been a lifesaver in many instances. Sprout Social provides many different capabilities, such as publishing, listening, reporting, etc. I have been using Sprout Social for almost a year now and I've never faced any major issues. It makes performing all tasks around social media easy and stress-free. It's also a great collaborative platform that makes it easy to work together with your team. Their customer support has always been quick and very helpful. Using sprout everyday, I highly recommend it as it is beneficial to integrate your social media platforms and easy to implement your strategy and campaigns on it. There are a few minor things; sometimes your profiles get disconnected, a few occasional technical glitches, a few features I wish they had, but nothing that can't be easily fixed through their support or worked around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The publishing tool still doesn't allow to change the caption for a post between the different platforms which causes a bit of a pain point in the scheduling process for our posts especially since we create links for tracking per platform so we need all the captions to be different. I love that Sprout Social was easy to set up and allows for easy posting/scheduling. The tool is very user-friendly and it didn't take long to grasp its use. My favorite thing about Sprout, is the consistent and exceptional help I have received! I have been able to streamline my processes for two different branches in different states easily with the help of the Sprout team.
