Truthfully there isn't much to dislike. We would like a few more capabilities on the app but generally those features are not always needed and more accessible on desktop anyways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprout Social?

The tags and reporting element are a clear winner for me. This has helped me siginicantly improve my content strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I don't like how after you uploading closed captions to videos, you will not see the CC in the left of the video when future referencing the video. This is difficult when I do a final proofread and I can't tell if the SRT files are uploaded in the video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprout Social?

Sprout Social is intuitive and has many positive elements to it such as its reporting and calendar management options. If you use it properly you can get a lot of data out of it. It's been easy to get the hang of for our team and we have moved into using it more and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

It is quite expensive but worth it if you do a lot of social scheduling. You can only access premium analytics if you pay a lot of money which isn't possible for non-profits. There are some things it can't do due to API restrictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I love that sprout social is in all in one solution to manage social. Instead of wasting time going to each platform to post I do everything in sprout. Tagging feature is one of my favorite, I set up a organization system of 3 different tiers of tags for each post (content type, content theme, audience) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

The API limitations on LinkedIn are frustating and the lack of document posts on Sprout makes me have to use the native platform. I would like to see even more AI but I know that is on the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I like the ability for external approvers to have a seamless approval process even if they don't have a set in the platform. I also love all of the reporting, listening, and analytics features. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I have really enjoyed the user friendly social media platform use. It only takes me a couple of minutes to create beautiful posts. The more I use it, I am finding that I can also implement other software like "Canva" to help create lovely and eye catching media posts. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

Smart Inbox brings all of your messages from all connected platforms into a single window. Re-posting UGC is incredibly easy, and is cross-platform. so Instagram posts can be re-shared to multiple other platforms in just a few clicks 'n' keystrokes. Sprout's onboarding team and support are helpful and attentive. Reporting is a snap and the reports look fantastic.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Scheduled posts occasionally fail, but this is far from the norm. Any other frustrations I've experienced with Sprout have much more to do with the APIs of specific platform intergrations rather than Sprout itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
