What do you like best about Sprout Social?

It is very easy to publish posts via Sprout. I also enjoy the post tagging feature that allows me to separate posts based on content for reporting purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

There are certain features that I believe could be more intuitive. For example, I would love the ability to schedule the same asset across multiple platforms at the same time but have the ability to change the copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprout Social?

Sprout Social is an easy tool to use and understand for social media publishing. I like how easy it is to respond to comments for every platform in one space. You can also hide unwanted comments right from Sprout, or block someone. This helps. Publishing is easy and reports are pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I wish they would color code their tagging so we could see visually how particular posts are doing. Also, some of their reporting features are walled behind upgrades that are too expensive. I don't like that aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Content scheduling is very helpful to stay organized. The quality of customer support can vary, and it sometimes takes a while to resolve issues. Also when I am training new employees on the platform, I have gotten feedback that It is not very intuitive and they disliked the user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sprout Social helps me as a graphic designer and marketer at San Diego State University by streamlining my workflow and enhancing my social media strategy. The efficient content scheduling, collaboration features, and comprehensive analytics allow me to plan, create and measure the impact of our social media campaigns. Additionally, the platform's direct message management capabilities allow me to respond to inquiries promptly while maintaining brand consistency and using the message approval feature for my assistants to create and me to review. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I wish I could access more competitive and listening information on the site without having to pay extra.

Also, knit-picky, but I wish you could tag people on LinkedIn posts, whereas now you can only tag organizations via Sprout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowing me to budget my time more wisely for content posts. Being able to schedule them in advance and use suggested posting times is a game changer.

And the way you can distill and pull social performance is amazing. I can break out so much information and track progress over specific periods of time. It's awesome.

What do you like best about Sprout Social?

My team uses it for the app store integrations, which have incredibly simplified things. I love how there is a queue, discussions can happen on individual items, and everything is in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

From what I understand this is an API limitation from Google, but the lack of ability to update reviews is odd. A user updated a review and I had to log into the Play Console directly to update the response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It simplifies the process. Although I only look at app reviews, the fact that it contains almost every social angle is incredible. It all uses the same, simple - yet feature-rich - flow. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

That I can schedule my posts for multiple different accounts and have links associated with posts as well as organize posts by tags. It also helps recommend time of day for best engagement and lets me plan content for months in advance which is especially helpful when I travel. Sprout is the first thing I open up at work every day. As the social media manager for 9 unique brands (under one umbrella) it is nice to have everything in one place. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I love that I can easily access my inboxes for all of my accounts, monitor what's happening on other accounts, and make reports. It's very user-friendly for our people who aren't the most tech-savvy. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

There are some reporting numbers that are weird. In different places, it has different numbers, and it pulls link clicks wrong for a few platforms, making me do the engagement manually.
