Sprout Social is gives us the freedom to manage social media while also still living a life. Working for a major university, we get a lot of social media attention that requires what feels like constant attention. With Sprout Social alerts, scheduling capabilities and notifications, we are able to take a break from the endless scanning of comments and let Sprout do the hard work of curating the mentions that need our focus. From onboarding and training to day-to-day operations Sprout shines with ease of use and keeping you organized. The feature set is exactly what you need without overpaying for what you don't need. Ease of implementation was important in our final decision and converting the trial version to account saved a lot of time. Also their customer support is top notch. I find it to be very user friendly and intuitive to navigate, but with a really robust set of features that allow my team to do more and more of our work on just one platform. Sprout social offers robust and versatile social media management platform. I am able to keep up with my workload of over 20 social media pages easily and effeciently. I love the planning out social posts and being able to see a calendar with the schedule. I laso love the reporting tools. I am asked often about metrics and data. As a state agency, we work within the bounds set by our state government. This means that sometimes it is difficult for us to be able to buy multiple log-ins. The primary problem that Sprout Social is solving is how to communicate through our sole social media properties in one voice, but to different audiences. As a multi-national corporation, we have needed to write in multiple languages, schedule according to timezone, and geotarget countries and regions.
