I really love that you can select multiple platforms for a single post, as well as it as some AI features like optimized sending time. I've jumped in more than once to help a teammate with social media scheduling, and for someone who has only been in the platform a handful of times it's incredibly easy to navigate and I appreciate how user friendly it is. I also enjoy it keeps your most recent options when scheduling a new post so you don't have to keep on selecting the same options again and again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ability to view all messages in one inbox. It allows me to have a good bird's eye view of what is going on with the 30 accounts I oversee. The ability to duplicate and schedule each post is also a huge time saver. We have different copy and versions of clips that we post to different platforms, so duplicating it and then editing for each platform is something that I do daily. Sometimes the videos we get sent don't play or preview in our inbox. We get sent a lot of content so it is cumbersome to open up the app and then search for the message again. User-friendly and streamlined. I love having the calendar with all of my channels right in my front view and the ability to reschedule and duplicate things with just a click. I like the alt-text and best times to post features as well. I enjoy that I can also utilize social listening tools and keep tabs on my brand in the same dashboard.

The only hurdle we encounter with Sprout Social is the limited seats available in our current budget. This can cause some shuffling around when we are looking for coverage for vacations, out-of-office, or rapid-response instances. We've been able to effectively navigate this limitation however an easier way to add in temporary users for these instances will help scrappy small teams feel less of a pinch. An absolute must-have for any social media toolkit. From content scheduling to reporting the platform is very user-friendly. They make managing and scheduling content for multiple clients a breeze. Their support team is topnotch especially compared to other social outlets cough cough Meta.. It is a must-have for any agency or digital manager. I honestly can’t imagine doing the job without it. Like any platform, they can go offline from time to time, but honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Sprout. If there’s something you’d like to see added or changed, just reach out to your rep. Sprout has made social media easier than ever before. From scheduling posts to making sure the right pages are tagged and collaborators are included, everything is easier with Sprout. On top of their ease of use, the program often recognizes bugs before we do -- and we're on social media 24/7! They are usually quick to resolve issues between networks and the platform. The platform was also easy to learn. Our whole team switched over to Sprout at once, and even with everything being brand new, we were able to learn the platform quickly and without incident. Honestly, there is very little I dislike about Sprout. The platform has a few glitches here and there with the occasional failed post, but it is otherwise a fantastic product. Sprout Social is built with Social Media Managers in mind. Sprout is constanstly evolving to more innovative. Planning and data analysis is made easy. I am a one person team for social which means I need to make sure I make the most out of my time at work and I use Sprout Monday-Friday. I am able to streamline processes using features like SproutLink in bio, being able to toggle a single post across different platforms and AI Alt text generator. The arb has been very powerful networking tool and a way to find information easily. The webinars made avaliable have helped me step my game up. I appreciate the tagging and campaign functionality so I can create reports for our various educational programs, conferences, and marketing campaigns. It's easy to see how our posts and platforms perform at a glance... and that saves me time when sharing with my colleagues. I cannot imagine running social media campaigns without Sprout Social. I am not able to see posts from more than one year ago, which is unfortunate. There are evergreen posts (such as for federal holidays) that I would like to duplicate and modify (rather than starting fresh) to save me time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used Sprout Social for two years as my social media management and listening tool for my university. The platform is extremely intuitive and user friendly. The publishing feature allows me to schedule posts in advance easily across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok. The listening feature allows me to track what's being said about my university in an unparalleled way. The reporting feature allows me to collect and share data with my administration easily. I use Sprout every single day, multiple times a day. My Sprout rep has done a fantastic job supporting our needs and is always proactive about fixing issues before they happen. To be perfectly honest, the only downside of Sprout Social is the cost. If your budget allows it, I would reccomend Sprout. But be aware that they will raise your rates by about 7% each year. Because of this, my university has had to cut our contract with Sprout after the 2024-25 fiscal year. We've contracted with them for more than a decade, but as the rates have continually risen, we are no longer able to afford the cost of $25,000+ per year for their services.
