What do you like best about SpotOn?

I liked that they introcuded us Teamwork software. Also, the account manager/Customer Support (Jonathan Smith) is great to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

Their back office reporting and structure of menu are terrible... Not good for full service retaurants who want to analyze Sales, Pmix, Average check hourly, by revenue center, etc. They do not integrate with Rezy or Opentable either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

They did not really resolve anything except introducing us to Teamwork software.... We really had any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The adaptability of the system and BoH, how easy it is to make changes to the menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the changes in the menu are fast but when we make changes it's too easy to accidentally change something unintentionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotOn?

I love the reporting aspect of SpotOn and the way it allows me to track employees, and sales, and time... The reporting program allowed me to increase profitablilty Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

Glitching when it's super busy- but I don't know that the glitching is exclusive to SpotOn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
