I am a new business owner and Spoton was already setup as the POS System. Jessica ans Jon from the Restaurant Success team have provided valuable insights on menu, pricing and User experience for both front and back of house. Additionally, the reporting was redesigned and allows us to closely monitor trends. I highly recommend spoton! The only comment is to expand the restaurant success yea to weekends and have each restaurant assigned to a rep. This allows relationship building and trust, driving profits. Weekends could be covered by restaurant success rather than an overseas call center. At times, errors were made to menu but calling the main number. That is my only feedback as well as dedicated rep for each business with a backup contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is user friendly and makes life easier with all the options and diffrent equipment that they offer to help buisnesses be successful. Jessica is an assest to the company. We use our equipment 365 days a year. The implementation was ok it took time to work out some kinks but she was available and worked hard to help us. Having diffrent customer service people on the weekend to work on issues that are not familar with our resturant needs and and the functions of our menu. The implatation took some time to tweak and get all the correct modifiers and sides in the rite places . Some of the customer support made things harder for they did not know what was best they fix a problem only to creat more problems. Thank god for Jessica she was a savor.
