Jessica DiStefano is amazing and always available to assist with BOH, Reports, Dashboard, Loyalty, and I’m sure a few other things I’m not naming that she’s helped us with. Support is a hit or miss, Implementations, not enough safety features with Online Ordering Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotOn?

having a great support person to call when I have an issue. She listens to my needs and trys to come up with a solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

Trying to get "COMMON SENSE" solutions implemented quickly to make the software more usable. Making changes to reports and emails easier to use. Better integration with cellular carriers to get SMS messaging to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are working on getting some reports reformated and trying to get SMS messaging to work. Krystal with tech support has been great but she is running into road blocks trying to get SPOTON REPORT TEAM to get simply changes made to make the software more useable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing/person is Krystle and Minako. They are always very attentive and willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some reports are not so great and the login process jumping from one website to other to get different reports is a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotOn?

SpotOn is easy to use. It was easy to program or make changes. We had a very smooth integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

SpotOn doesn't integrate well with most programs. The customer service isn't good. It is frustrating how many things I don't have access to. I can't adjust tips after the day of. For payments, house accounts don't work well. The rewards system is ancient and it doesn't integrate with many systems. Their online ordering system itself works well, but if you want to limit how many order come in at a time, the OLO (online ordering) pacing is terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
