Jessica DiStefano is amazing and always available to assist with BOH, Reports, Dashboard, Loyalty, and I’m sure a few other things I’m not naming that she’s helped us with. Some reports are not so great and the login process jumping from one website to other to get different reports is a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SpotOn is easy to use. It was easy to program or make changes. We had a very smooth integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SpotOn doesn't integrate well with most programs. The customer service isn't good. It is frustrating how many things I don't have access to. I can't adjust tips after the day of. For payments, house accounts don't work well. The rewards system is ancient and it doesn't integrate with many systems. Their online ordering system itself works well, but if you want to limit how many order come in at a time, the OLO (online ordering) pacing is terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
