Need to have the ability to hold on a credit card number for orders for another day and to make changes without fully voiding orders and redoing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotOn?

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

It was a really rough start getting used to the new system because there was so much going on within the screen, BUT once we got used to it we realized there was more we could do than other POS systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotOn?

Spot On is easy to use which makes training for FOH effecient and effective. The new hires do not have to spend a lot of time learning the system. Implementation was quick and the system is used daily. Customer support is a minimal wait on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

There have a been a few crashes....of course during the busy times, which made it extremely difficult to get through the rush with no POS system. Even though it was stressful, each situation was handled in an acceptable time frame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
