What do you like best about SpotOn?

The payment processing fees and structure are by far one of the best in the industry. Support for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs is highly rated and is 24/7. POS system has a great interface, and it's very easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

POS system still needs improvements. Not suitable for more extensive,other than restaurant, businesses or that are looking to expand in the near future. It starts getting complicated to manage (too technical) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payment processing fees are saving thousands of money for my business and my clients. Everything is in the cloud so I can use the POS system and payments anywhere I have an internet connection. Easy to train my staff and to keep track of revenue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotOn?

I love that it auto-batches at the end of the night, I also love how fast it is at reading cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

My least favorite thing is that I have limited capabilities when it comes to reprinting something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I needed a payment gateway that wouldn't charge me crazy fees and they don't seem to, they are pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotOn?

Customer service has been Spot on! Lol. They are always available and I've been able to help me with any issues I've had Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

Since they are new they're still working on updates. Would love to be able to automatically deduct taxes daily like some other systems do and would love to be able to start tabs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotOn?

Drew Kimball has been the best account rep I've had in 20 years of business. I have never received the amount of service or care from any other rep, even high end auto companies. He has been available nights and weekends and has. always made sure my concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for better service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotOn?

Quick deposits, and relatively low costs. My local rep is fantastic. He's helped me several times, and alway very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

I have but one complaint: Anytime there is a power outage, I have to reset all my switches and routers to get the machine to recognize the network. My computers and printers have no problems, just the CC machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotOn?

The rates are excellent. Price is very important to a small business, and I would rather not make my customers pay the CC fees like what some do now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
