My current favorite feature of Spekit is the ability to link Speks directly into our eLearning content. This allows learners to access additional information on a topic without overwhelming those who may not need the extra details, keeping our eLearning concise. For example, in a recent module, I needed to define several financial terms. Instead of cluttering the module with lengthy definitions, I linked the terms to Speks housed in a Spekit glossary topic. This way, users who needed more context could easily pull up the relevant information without leaving the module!
I also have always loved the embedded Speks in Salesforce that allow new users to view process steps they may have forgotten or have questions about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The analytics has improved so much, but I still wish there was more! I love data! For example, I wish I could see if after searching a term, which specific Spek was clicked in to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spekit plays a vital role in our team. It serves as our all-in-one tool for training, process guidance, updates and a lot more. Its user-friendly features makes our daily task more convenient. Also, what I love the most about Spekit is how accomodating their team is! Lots of features has improved a lot. And if I can suggest additional feature, it is if a user can leave comments on topics for the purpose of real time feedback or if updates needs to be done right away. Also, it would be more helful for the whole team if the search results can be filtered by Most Used/Viewed - to Least so desired topic can be easily selected. The best part about Spekit is how it seamlessly integrates with the tools your team is already using, making it incredibly easy to deliver in-app training and knwloedge right when it's needed. The only reason it is an 8 and not higher as we are only a few months into using the service. But so far this has been a game changer for my organization.
It is super easy to use, you dont need to be technical or have coding experience. If you can use Word...you can use this. Agents can quickly find procedures and assist our clients. Teh search feature is amazing and the translate feature allows employees to read in thier own language.

Not sure I have feedback here yet. I would say the most challenging part is deciding how to organize everything. A few features I wish it had are ability to provide more complex Knowledge Checks and more indepth feedback options for agents to provide us feedback on content. Spekit is easy to use and very intuitive. Setting Spekit up and integrating it with Salesforce was so easy! There are also very clear, concise, helpful tutorial videos. It is easy to use, especially with the new AI features, simplification of organizing processes, and essential information for our customer support reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside for my team is that Spekit is more sales-focused, which my reps do not do. Not as many templates for use, but that has also been improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Spekit provides "flashcard" type, skimmable content right where you need it most. Speks are easy to create and you can include them almost everywhere. The frontend user experience is great. As a back-end user, my favorite part is the implementation support Spekit offers. Their staff meet with you regularly to answer questions, walk through ways to enhance your material and ensure your users have everything they need where they need it. I do not "dislike" anything. I do look forward to the day when I can copy my formatted content and it seemlessly transfers to a Spek. However, this has improved since I started and I believe they are working on more improvements all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rolling out Spekit from a technical perspective was relatively straightforward once we had identified the approach we wished to take.
Integration with Salesforce works well and is easily done, and once connected also allows simple manual refreshing or importing of further metadata when needed.
Customer Support has been exceptional from both the SDMs we have worked with, and it is clear that the CEO (also cofounder) is very passionate about her product and its purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Analytics are ok, but the filtering possible is not as flexible as we have needed, but there have been improvements made to this based on feedback.
