That I cannot move all my users to the higher-level user management list since this function has been created. I had to re-create many users when they changed from one location to another. What do you like best about Solutionreach?

Very unhappy. Was forced to use this company as it was the only one that integrated with our PM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solutionreach?

I hope this will serve as a warning for anyone who may be considering using this company. We have been customers of SR for a long time and had a fairly good experience until the last year or so, but the past month has completely destroyed our relationship with them. We will be moving on to another company as soon as our contract is up. I have seen a steady decline in service over the years and it has become increasingly difficult to get any help resolving the multitude of issues that arise. We have had countless patients call with complaints of receiving multiple appointment reminders for appointments that had been cancelled out of the system weeks prior. They have never been able to resolve this issue despite the many calls to Tech Support. Additionally, SR Intake does not function as advertised and has created hours of extra work for our practice. It sends duplicate forms to our patient's charts every 10 minutes after initial completion resulting in HUNDREDS of duplicate forms that need to be manually deleted one by one. After calling the tech support line every day and leaving a new message each time, I did not receive a single update for over a week and half (with every day more and more unwanted documents pile up) and it took threats of cancellation to get anyone to speak to me. After explaining my situation I was offered reimbursement, but was being asked to sign an agreement. I specifically asked whether we had to sign a new contract at that time and was told I would not- my contract end date would be the same. After receiving the document I found that it did in fact include an agreement to sign on for another 12 months and when I confronted the representative Kris, he denied this conversation ever took place and said I would have to take legal action if I wanted to look into the matter. Very unscrupulous and dishonest company and I would rather not be reimbursed than sign on for even one more month with them. After posting an unhappy review on another site, several other offices reached out to me voicing their own dissatisfaction and was told they had the exact same experience. Beware. What do you like best about Solutionreach?

I like that Solutionreach has a wonderful texting platform as well as it shows us the time is messages our patients.We have been able to keep in contact with our patients as well as resolve their concerns better than without the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Solutionreach has not figured out a way to confirm our appointment locations at our three offices. The voice confirmation options are very limited as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Solutionreach?

Keeps us in contact with our patients in a positive, simple way. The integration was completely seamless, and could not been simpler. The customer service team are easily reachable and respond to questions in a very timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solutionreach?

The entire process of starting with SolutionReach has been simple. There have literally not been any hangups or problems integrating with our practice management software. We have had fewer missed appointments, and are able to send out reminders to our current patients as well as make announcements, effectively internally marketing to our patients. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to keep in touch with patients and inform them or revised hours, what we were doing to keep the office (and them) safe, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their lack of customer support - This is not just related to COVID. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get help with issues. You can email or chat with a auto attendant which gets you nowhere. They make changes to their system and there is ZERO communication with clients.

The contract auto-renews WITHOUT warning so be AWARE! Our contract auto-renewed and I tried to cancel right after (WITHIN THE 1st MONTH) not realizing that it had happened. I had several examples of issues that we have experienced with the software and they could care less! John Fieldsted was horrible to deal with. If you ever have the "pleasure" do yourself a favor and request his manager before you even get started. We are now stuck with their service $3,300 for the next year and I honestly want nothing to do with them after my experience.

The appointment reminders have "glitches" where canceled appts continue to get messages, text messages do not go out correctly, and patients are not always able to view our text messages to them.

Frequent system downtimes where information does not sync properly, messages are not accessible, and wait times on the phone to find out why was always at least an hour wait. When the system does come back up.....all information in-between is lost resulting in frustrated and angry clients

When messaging clients, the characters are limited and conversations are hard. The templates used for reminders are limited and not modifiable other than changing the text and logo. You cannot alter the format (font, bold, center, etc.) at all and can't change how the email is laid out either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Solutionreach?

Solutionreach has been helpful in many ways to our business! The main ones to us would be 1: The text requests for Google reviews. Reviews started coming in much quicker after switching to Solutionreach. 2: SRConversations is one of our favorite Solutionreach 'products'. It's so easy to communicate with our patients now! 3: Email Newsletters - these have been a fun way to increase patient intake. They're easy to create or you can choose a pre-made one! Solutionreach can be tricky to learn, customer service is helpful but they often send you to an article instead of walking you through the problem. Learning something new is always hard. Take your time to learn the software before giving up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
