The platform provides a good mix of tools to communicate / interact with patients. I think they have the potential to be a good platform to use but it is not polished and has a few rough spots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support process and team are very unpredictable and inconsistent. The people on the team are always professional and want to help. However when you call in for support, you will spend a significant portion of your time on hold; they will follow a scripted troubleshooting steps that may or may not be related to your issue. Escalating to a more technical team or supervisor will mean you spend more time on hold in which you ultimately may not get a person that can actually help.
I have also added products from Solution Reach which typically requires set up by a specialist. This process can take weeks once you sign up online, they will not reach out with a week as stated after you sign up. Again the folks are helpful, but they seam to be understaffed and overwhelemed and unable to train folks fast enough to provide useful help. So ultimately you end up wasting your own time.
Finally, I think the supervisors understand the predicament you are in as many practices are operated by owners with limited time, however if you get a hold of them they will not follow up with you to resolve your issue with you persistantly following up with them. In one instance, I did engage with a very helpful supervisor (Bryce) that understood my predicament and we agreed on a plan of action to address my concerns / issues. However, weeks passed with no update and the agreed upon plan was not completed.
I am in the process of evaluating other providers as the total cost of working with Solution Reach in the past and in the future has far exceeded the value they are providing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
