
We like Solutionreach because it allows healthcare providers to effectively schedule appointments, communicate with patients, collect feedback and conduct analytics, which can lead to improved patient management and possibly to an improvement in the overall patient experience. I don't like SolutionReach because sometimes it stops syncing, and as a result, patients get incorrect texts, some features are outdated and lack customization capabilities, and the Help Center is not modern and confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
