What do you like best about Solutionreach?

For several years we have used their service. Still satisfied. They really help out on those tasks that are time consuming, and have eliminated us having paper patient forms. They allow patients to pay via text, which is very convenient for a lot of busy patients! They stay on the front line of their field and do not disappoint! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solutionreach?

Needing a refresher for some of the services. That does take quite a bit of time, and I don't always have time to go over all of the services they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Solutionreach?

Solution Reach Conversations is great! We can "text" our patients and they can text us, which they love and it makes communicating for us very easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solutionreach?

We just implemented SR Intake and have found several things that don't work with it. Also, the inability to send an Intake Form to a new patient is not convenient at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Solutionreach?

Being able to remind patients about appointments, and having the messaging to where a practitioner can message us while in room and vice versa. Also, sending a quick text to a patient to call if we cannot get a hold of them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Solution Reach makes all of their different products easily accessible from their home page! Our office loves SR Conversations app because we find it the quickest way to communicate with our patients in this new technology-driven era. We have constant interruptions in our service and techs who are not sure why it is happening.There also used to be a lot more personalized care and it is very automated now with no regular rep to help us anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
