I've tried a number of of the big project managment software tools to manage processes in our small business. Other project managment solutions were too complicated and had too steep a learning curve for staff to adopt successfully. Smartsuite is by far the simplest software I've tried to implement and the easiest learning curve for staff to actually use the tool. The software is equally increidbly powerful & you can develop more complicated solutions for your workflows if you wish. Few months ago i found smartsuite. It's easy easy to use, a lot of parts are self explained.

So far, we have consolidate some of our work process from trello and google sheets to smartsuite.

I can see we'll use more of smartsuite in the future.

I found that once more solutions created, it's a bit hard to find our made solutions. I wish there's a foldering system to organize the solutions.

But it's not a real biggie.

Anyone who want to use it also need some understanding of database to use it easily.

I've tested SO MANY no-code platforms and this is easily my favorite. I've been using it everyday for a year now and found it so easy to implement and integrate into our current workflow. The vast amount of features have even significantly improved and even shaped new workflows. Their customer support is seriously top-notch too, they offer open office hours, quick replies in chat, platform webinars and announcements. The staff is so polite and helpful. The company's CEO is even involved in the community and listens to the customers. They actively maintain an roadmap with feature requests which is really appreciated and exciting. Spent the weekend creating a way for our team here to manage and track the complicated relationships we have with all the manufacturers, brands, product categories, discount structures, special programs, sales reps, and rep groups that we work with. There was nothing that SmartSuite couldn't handle, and it did so with aplomb! The end result is GORGEOUS (all of SmartSuite is beautiful!) which is so important to end user initial impression and adoption, but under the covers, this thing is a beast of functionality (and it's FAST!). While I was working, I was just marveling at the technological underpinning while enjoying the polished user experience. Serious KUDOS to the entire SmartSuite team. They are still on the growth curve which is a double edged sword. They are absolutely listening to user input, they are 100% available and accessible, they sincerely want to understand and help, but not everything is "enterprise grade ready".
