What I liked best about SKUAD was their efficient coordination and proactive support throughout the onboarding process. From scheduling medical tests and biometrics to handling visa appointments, everything was organized well and executed on time. I truly appreciate the hands-on support I receive whenever I encounter issues or need a deeper understanding of the platform. The ability to book a call through Calendly is a fantastic feature, especially for addressing sensitive and urgent matters related to my account. The payment processing time after invoice approval could be improved to provide a smoother and more efficient experience. Currently, it takes about two weeks for the payment to reach my bank account after approval, which could be faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been working with Skuad as our Employer of Record in Indonesia for some time, and we are very pleased with their services. Working with their team, especially the Customer Success Managers, has always been easy. They were always available and helped us quickly and professionally whenever we needed support. We are very happy with the regular and reliable payment of salaries for our employees. This is very important for us.
Skuad also did the onboarding for our new team members in a professional and good way. It was a positive experience, and we like that they took care of all the admin and legal work so smoothly.

The platform of Skuad is pretty useful to keep a track of all the necessary documentation, update details and find everything in one place. The HR team was pretty responsive and assisted me with the onboarding process beginning from the offer letter to receiving an authorization. The prompt support. Unlike other players which we were previously dealing with before Skuad, their support and responsiveness deteriorated after we made the payment for their services. Somya provided detailed information, and entertained queries at out of office hours. Aditi provided superb support post-onboarding all queries would be resolved immediately, we never came across any issues on their platform.

From my onboarding process to today in my daily use of the platform, I have found it very easy to use, it is multi-platform, which facilitates access to it. When using it for hiring, I found it perfect, as the contract signing was extremely simple. Also, for work use, it is quite good as it provides an interface that makes it easy to report time off, vacations, or sick leave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their platform doesn't offer detailed information about expenses for benefits and social security, so it is difficult to verify costs. Because of that, they have tried to charge us larger amounts. It takes them weeks to reply and provide support. They don't respect their agreements. We agreed to pay 200 USD per person, but they wanted us to pay 400 USD. They delayed last invoices and almost made us pay more because of a wrong exchange rate. 9 Months later, thay said they couldn't continue working with us, because the price of 200 USD was too low, so they wanted to charge more. They didn't calcutate the extra time and holiday pay for our workes, so we had to do it, and they didn't pay those amounts to them, but they charged it to us. When our contract was done, the last invoices had so many mistakes and extra unjustified amounts that it took us several months of email conversations and reviews to clarify almost everything and correct all their mistakes, and at the end we lost money because of their poor management. At the end, they had the audacity to blame us for delaying the process, when they didn't do their work well, and they made us do all the work for them, and to menace us with suing if we didn't pay, despite of the fact there were so many mistakes in their invoices and they wanted us to pay anyways.
