What do you like best about Site24x7?

After a lot of research, my team and I found Site24x7 to be the best solution for monitoring our suite of software and infrastructure. The tools are easy to use, and there is coverage for all of our technologies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Nothing like that till now. It's very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the best things about Site24x7 is the ease of use of the dashboard. If I want to set up a new monitor, there are easy steps that don't trip me up even if I haven't logged in in a long time. The multitude of features is also a huge win. We have been using this for 5 years, and haven't even discovered everything we can do. Other technologies come and go. Some get popular and then lose popularity, and you have to uninstall complicated monitors to switch. Site24x7 has been steady providing our monitoring all this time with very basic setup, and nothing complicated to install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Site24x7?

Easy connection to AWS, status page is provided automatically, server monitoring is easy andfine.

Support for evaluation period is really nice and helpful.

Cost is very low compared to others.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Spending some time to understand how to have clean alerts, remove unecessary ones ...

Not sure yet, but RUM is geting very expensive if you get more than 100M hits in a month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
