My only real complaint is the difficulty involved in setting up alerts for specific applications. We used smartbear alertsite for many years prior, and this seems to do everything they did, with better ease of use, and at a lower price. This product allows us to monitor various different flows on the website that are common to our users, and track those behaviors to make sure they are always up and running. This product also allows for very easy blanket exclusions for Google Analytics, so you can make sure that you are not counting the test bot traffic as real traffic on the site. Like most programs of this kind, it has a bit of a learning curve. I wouldn't say I dislike it. It's just the nature of the beast when there is so much functionality to be had.
