What do you like best about Site24x7?

After a lot of research, my team and I found Site24x7 to be the best solution for monitoring our suite of software and infrastructure. The tools are easy to use, and there is coverage for all of our technologies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the best things about Site24x7 is the ease of use of the dashboard. If I want to set up a new monitor, there are easy steps that don't trip me up even if I haven't logged in in a long time. The multitude of features is also a huge win. We have been using this for 5 years, and haven't even discovered everything we can do. Other technologies come and go. Some get popular and then lose popularity, and you have to uninstall complicated monitors to switch. Site24x7 has been steady providing our monitoring all this time with very basic setup, and nothing complicated to install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Site24x7?

This internet monitoring service is the best I've encountered so far, due to the ease and simplicity of initial set up, and then, no hassle in monitoring the connection!

It's a true "set it and forget it" type of monitor.

I've set it up and then, just keep it open in a browser window to be able to constantly view the stats. It is not required to stay open in order to monitor your connection.

As soon as the connection monitored get outages, I get an mail saying that. Same when the connection has been restored. Simple and efficient. I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

So far, I didn't encounter any downsides for this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have tried to tell the ICP (Internet Connection Provider) that my Internet connection sometimes gets unstable, but they said everything is fine on their end, and without proper logs to prove this, the Provider cannot be held responsible, and they won't do a thing to resolve this issue. What do you like best about Site24x7?

I am using this service past 3 weeks and deployed to monitor my custom on prem infrastructure. This monitors my UPS, RAW power, multiple ISPs, IPSec Tunnel and internal network devices. This gives me quick view to understand what is happening in my onprem infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I did not have visibility of services avaiable in my on-prem infrastructure. this gives me visibility in small app on my phone when I am way from office. Also, the onprem poller eliminated my public IP requirement which was required when I was using another product. Also, this is secure since I am not publishing any port on public network. What do you like best about Site24x7?

Site24x7 is very easy to use and to get implemented. It took about 20 minutes to get assets into Site24x7 and from there everything has been smooth. Customer support has been very helpful and responsive when I ask them questions or need help. I love that the base package of Site24x7 comes with everything we need. What do you like best about Site24x7?

Easy of use: Site 24x7 is very easy to use and very usefull.

Site 24x7 is very Easy to Implement in few minutes.

As long as I have using this product I had very good Customer support

I have logged in into the mobile application so very frequenty I can check this status easily.

There are very huge number of features as I have track my all the servers and URL's etc..

What do you like best about Site24x7?

It's immensively easy to setup and integrate with both on-prem as well as cloud platforms, even for a one-man army. Automatically generated dashboards are very useful and to be able to get notifications through an mobile app and not only via email like many others is a big upside. What do you like best about Site24x7?

I really like how easy it was to use and set up monitoring on the websites that I have created for my clients. I find myself using the site and service every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Given that we are a small business the price for the PRO version which is really the best option is a little steep at almost $1,000 a year but you do get a lot for that price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
