Work Orders and Issues need to have a way to update progress and notes that is date and timed stamped. Comment line is great for generalized notes but for large repairs being able to make date/time stamped notes and pause a work order would be extremely benifical. Disabling the ability for anyone but Admin to delete anything whether an Issue or Work Order would also be extremely important for accountability reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simply Fleet?

Simply Fleet has a simple user interface in both the web page as well as the app. It was easy to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice to be able to enter in a reminder for the licence Disc expiry that the cars use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simply Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simply Fleet in our first 3 days of use has shown us that one of our vehicles is acutally expensive to run due to the continous maintenance. It has also show us a more accurate figure in terms of our cost per KM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SimplyFleet has made managing my fleet easy. The dashboard has quick access to essential information such as vehicle status, driver performance, and maintenance schedules.

With GPS integration, we can track our vehicles' precise locations, which helps in route planning, delivery times, and driver safety.

There are minor errors within the program itself, but they are negligible considering the work of the complete program itself.

Also in one situation I had a problem with certain input and data, but colleagues from Simply Fleet immediately stepped in and helped solve it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Monitoring of vehicle maintenance, maintenance costs, reminders for regular services as well as regular annual registration of certain vehicles.

The automation of fleet maintenance processes has helped us a lot. We've replaced pen and paper by going digital with Simply Fleet. We've automated our inspections, maintenance schedules, mileage tracking, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
