All our fleet maintenance data is accessable from anywhere. No more spreadsheets and binders to store service records. We get reminders for service intervals and the running cost of ownership helps us make purchasing decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simply Fleet?

The software is so easy to navigate and the great/prompt customer support. We tried the free version first and will be moving to the Essential package so we can begin to upload documents. Our fleet of 8 vehicles is small and Simply Fleet is perfect for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great tool to help organize and keep track of information on a daily basis. many benefits including schedule reminders as well as ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simply Fleet?

Some features i dislike are not being able to input information once the miles are updated. (for example once the mileage is input and set, i cannot enter a prior oil change for a previous mileage). also issues with the mobile app crashing but other than dont have any issues that come to mind at the moment. If you are facing any issues with such entries, please contact support at support@simply-fleet.com. We will gladly sort it out for you. Also regarding the crash, please update to the latest build. You will see a big difference.

What do you like best about Simply Fleet?

The ability for us to track all of our transportation needs for the School District, such as mileage, maintenance, and reports, in a simple-to-use and understandable mobile application has been incredible. The onboarding process for teaching new users is easy and implementing the new app was just as easy. We use it on a daily bases, multiple times per day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simply Fleet?

There's not much that we dislike about Simply Fleet. The only trouble we have is being able to quickly export information to a spreadsheet for reporting purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
