It's easy to use whether I'm on the go using my mobile or at home using the system on my laptop.
I like the indicators at the top which easily inform you what still has to be submitted/reviewed/paid etc and I like the claims vault where you can store away old claims that have been paid so you have a clear audit trail.
The fields are very easy and straight forward to fill in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing too specific, I think it's a good system.
The only downside at times is it's unclear what to do when you have enter a lot of information when splitting a dinner bill. This action seems to be duplicated at times within the expense claim but my internal expenses department are always on hand to help with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Webexpenses is easy to use and users can be assigned to mutiple accounts , thus if staff manage multiple areas/ staff within the business, expenses can be kept separate to align with business budgets but approved by the same managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You have to open each claim individually to see the content. It would be great if you could hover over the claims and the content is visible. This would help when identifying duplicate claims or cross referencing claims that arre related.
You also cannot approve a claim if there are incorrect items on there. It would be great if you could remove those that you wish to reject and approve the others, when items are all submitted under one claim. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Webexpenses is its user-friendly interface and mobile app, which make it incredibly easy to capture and submit expenses on the go. The platform's real-time policy compliance feature is also a standout, automatically flagging non-compliant expenses and helping to maintain control over spending. Additionally, the seamless integration with existing accounting software simplifies financial workflows, saving time and reducing errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Webexpenses is the complexity of the initial setup, especially for larger organizations with more intricate requirements. The process can be time-consuming and may require some technical expertise to get everything configured correctly. Additionally, while the platform is generally user-friendly, some features could benefit from more intuitive design or clearer instructions for first-time users. Easier to use the app as if you access the website through your mobile device it can be quite difficult to find your way around the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does take some getting use to in that the layout could have a little better explanation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to have the app and browser-based site across several devices streamlines the expenses process, especially when you need to upload a receipt. Being able to take a photo of a receipt and upload this way means you don't have to keep old receipts, which is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have recently been having issues where the phone app says "picture not available" so I am struggling at the moment. Perhaps someone could look into this? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would of hoped that once starting a claim you could just claim as much as you wnated to without making a new claim. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple and easy to use on both computer and mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Web expenses runs from January to December, whereas the tax year runs April to March. The problem we have encountered is regaridng mileage claims where you can reach your maximum limit on web expenses but from a tax year perspective we still have 3 months to go. This causes a major headache in ensuring our tax year mileage claim is correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
