What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

The only problem I have had is when my approvers are on vacation or no longer working here my approvals get delayed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Difficult Setup, Expensive, Poor Xero Integration"

What do you like best about Webexpenses?

I like that Webexpenses links to credit card feeds from the bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

Webexpenses doesn't integrate with Xero very well, requiring manual exports and imports which are easy to mess up. It also doesn't store the information directly in Xero, which adds time and expense. The integration between the app and the website is tricky. Additionally, it is super expensive. I found the setup difficult as it's very manual and slow to use. It is easy for people to get the GST treatment or account code wrong and very hard to fix. I HATE that it doesn't share the receipts with Xero like its competitors do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
