What do you like best about Webexpenses?

The process is pretty easy - create a claim, then add your claim items. There are drop-down boxes to populate things like project and expense type. You can use the app to upload your receipt photos which is handy if you are out and about, and then it is easy to link them to the correct claim item from the receipt store. I like that there is a partner app. Many people say things about webexpenses such as it takes up too much time but I feel as though it is quite an easy system to use considering alternatives I have used at previous employment, whch was less user friendly and intuitive. Super quick and easy process which makes accounting much easier for the people who have to deal with billing, invoices and managing budgets. Converting to Webexpenses was fairly easy too, as our employees all embraced it and discarded the old system within a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

I do not like the 'map' function when claiming for mileage. A lot of the time our journeys are not A to B, but more like A to M via every other letter in the alphabet. It isn't very practical or efficient ot have to input every single postcode you visited in a week and when you manually change the mileage total, a warning point appears next to the item that makes it seem like you've done something bad. We have to create two claims per week because we need the mileage separating from the expense claims, and this creates multiple claims for the same projects. What problems is Webexpenses solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping on top of weekly expenses and mileage claims. The benefits are mainly for the project management teams and the company administrators, who can use Webexpenses to easily track employees' expenses and correctly bill them to the right clients. I don't know what else I can say about WE and the benefits as a user, except that the app is pretty handy when I am away and not able to use my laptop to submit cliams, and it is easier to take photos of receipts on my phone. I have not used WE to book travel or take trips. It seems that there are a lot of other options and uses for Webexpenses that my companyn have not implemented yet, as they might not be relevant to our industry. What do you like best about Webexpenses?

Webexpenses gives you a way to break down you expenses by date, trip, and allows you to choose currency type. This is super important when working for an international company. I travel to other places outside of the US and need to account for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

it is a little clunky and not intuitive when adding receipts. I do not like that I have to upload the receipt and then when adding the receipt to a claim it is very hard to attached the receipt. You open up a different part of the tool and then have toeither click on the receipt from a bank pf receipts and it is not clear if it was added to the claim The problem is visually it does not make sense. What problems is Webexpenses solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well I need to be reimbursed for my travels so it helps me with that. But really it is very frustrating to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webexpenses?

The fact that it is a cloud based system so does not require any install but can be accessed from any device and claim can be submitted on the move. It is easy to use and intuitive in the navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

Not sure if templates can be setup as I have not found a way of doing it but I would have prefered to set up a template for claiming business mileage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to claim business mileage by entering sequence if post codes that I visit during my business day and it shows the route I would have taken on the map and at the end of the day I can submit the day mileage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webexpenses?

I like that there is a dashboard which shows where about your claim is in, in the process. The system is easy to use once you know what you are doing. The customer support team are also friendly and easy to contact. The number of features is good. I use this most days to keep track of my mileage. You can keep a claim open to add numerous appointments until there is a sufficient amount to withdraw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

When you begin using the platform it can take a while to get hold off. Someone had to show me how to use it but once i got the hang of it, i was fine. Apart from that, i have no other issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webexpenses?

Very user friendly, simple and easy to use. Makes claiming a very quick process which results in getting money back very quick. Very user friendly. I use the platform monthly and have found the integration from our old system to Web Expenses very easy. On the odd occasion I have needed help the customer support team are always helpful. What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

Sometimes the system does not let you move on to the next section before completing some fields such as selecting catagories before selecting receipts. It would be easier if you could complete it in any order you wish so long as all fields were completed before submitting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webexpenses?

It is accessible for most people as it is a website and it is also an app. I like that you can enable notifications with the app so you are updated through the processes of submitting a claim.

The website is so easy to navigate and i like that when you are putting in the addresses for mileage you get multiple selections. It has been so easy to navigate from day one, and i use it every month with no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webexpenses?

It's quick and easy and I like that I can copy an expense which is used quite frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

I have two frustrating issues. The first is that it is EXTREMELY difficult to get the correct route for traveling in the car. Very often I don't use the suggested route due to traffic and knowledge of the area, or diversions in place (which there are a lot of!) but to get the actual route travelled is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, to the point that I have given up and just put in starting postcode and destination postcode, probably claiming less mileage than I have actually done, which is very annoying. The second issue is that the expense will not give a green tick until I have added a receipt. I am adding the same receipt multiple times just to get a green tick.
