What do you like best about Shopify Plus?

The overall experience has been great. The API's are great and have clear documentation. Support is far superior to SFCC.

Cost is another huge factor both from platform fees and development. There are no GMV forecasts and multi-year contracts required like on SFCC. On the dev side, there is much more affordable talent while maintenance and new integrations take a fraction of the time.

Innovation is another win. Each quarterly editions features tons of new features that can be used to drive more revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify Plus?

There have been some limitations we've run into where we've had to develop custom solutions such as coupon limitations on variants, handling fees in checkout, etc. Overall I'd say the promotions and campaigns engine is the weakest part. What do you like best about Shopify Plus?

I like shopifys highly customizable platform. There are many tasks I am able to complete without a developer. I also think the checkout is best in the business, I love have accessing to shop pay, shop app. The modular "plug and play themes" are unlike anything on the market. What do you like best about Shopify Plus?

We like the plethora of selling tools and the consistent technology updates as well as the apps that are specifically built with Shopify Plus in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify Plus?

The 2yr lock-in is frustrating as we haven't seen the Sales increase that we expected and would have liked the option to downgrade. What do you like best about Shopify Plus?

Platform is great and robust. The sales rep, and shopify plus support team is lacking in follow up.

After all the great pro's of upgrading are presented, we signed up, and we're assigned an account manager. After a few calls, the follow through drops completely. You're left with Shopify Plus support chat, which is usually pretty great! Just want everyone to set their expectations when they get an account manager.
