Shopify Plus at a glance
Shopify Plus starts at $2,000 USD a month on a 12-month term. If you make
over $800,000 in any given month, you move to a platform fee of 0.25% for each sales transaction.
If you don’t use Shopify Payments as your payment processor, a 0.15% transaction fee will be applied to each transaction to cover security and compliance requirements.

We really enjoyed the automation that comes from using Flow and we appreciate the audiences feature. The website backend is easy to use overall. Implementing and integrating apps and other features was a breeze. Customer support is readily available. For us, it is a waste of money. Even with our revenue being above the suggested amount for Shopify plus, we spent more money in subscription costs than we would have if we just paid the full fee cost. We also didn't feel like the additional features quite made up for the cost. With Shopify making changes and getting rid of or changing integrated solutions like Shopify Payments and Reviews we are having to look into other services for these things, which is costing us even more money. It's just not worth it to us for what you get if you're a relatively small business (even if you're generating over 2mil in revenue.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
