While overall, the service works exceptionally well, one minor area for improvement could be the reporting and analytics features. It would be helpful to have more detailed insights into transfer logs and system performance, especially for tracking data flow at a granular level. First and foremost, I absolutely loved the support I was provided by the team. They were so eager to help and take time to ensure you got the support you needed, especially during onboarding . This support made implementation of the tool very pleasant and easy. The interface is very intuitive and I like how you can collect data using both SFTP and a Web Portal for less technical stakeholders. I know the team is working on the ability to add a Billing user, but that is not available yet. It would be very helpful to be able to add a Billing Manager such that an admin team member can help manage invoicing and billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Neede a quick and easy set up for a proof of concept project and tried multiple providers. Found SFTP to go through Digital Ocean . It was easier than others but still a bit Awkward. Changed to a direct account with SFTP and they helped set up new account and easily transfer the Data over from the resale account. The file management interface could use work. 100 files at a time limit is cumbersome but used FIle zilla to handle it.

Not really a downfall but being able to set up an automatinc move of files to One drive bucket /Sharepoint site/Google Drive would be nice. I set this up through filezilla myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't fully review the service as we've just signed up and I am writing this on day 1, but so far their support documentation and direct support via chat has been excellent and it's nice talking to a real human instead of a bot. So far I've added a user, and it was pretty intuitive to do so. I was also able to test connectivity with WinSCP immediately with the new user account and it went smoothly.
